Indie developers are the live and soul of virtual reality (VR) content, taking risks with the new technology, providing all sorts of weird and wonderful experiences. Arriving next month is the first title from studio Second Wind Interactive, a quirky, voxel-based videogame called Just In Time Incorporated.
Just In Time Incorporated is a title in which players are a ‘Death Prevention Insurance’ agent, helping their clients evade certain doom. Using a pair of ‘Hyper-Gloves’, players can slow down time enabling them to move super-fast, teleport, and even catch bullets.
Designed to make use of HTC Vive’s roomscale technology, Just In Time Incorporated will feature all sorts of mad scenarios to protect these hapless characters from, whether they’re falling out of windows, getting run over, playing with knives and much more. Saving lives can come in all forms, with players allowed to use lethal force if necessary.
The videogame is the brainchild of Ryan Drag and Justin Larrabee, who founded Second Wind Interactive in mid-2016 having spent the last seven years creating mobile titles.
Just In Time Incorporated is set to launch for HTC Vive on 27th July 2017.
