MANDT VR Installs Former Dell Executive As CTO

MANDT VR is a company best known for creating high-quality 360-degree productions for companies and brands such as Disney, as well as providing a platform for 360-degree sports broadcasts. The Company has just hired a new Chief Technology Officer in Mike Dunn.

Mike Dunn has worked in media and technology for 25 years, having worked for Time Warner, Hearst Interactive Media and True Car. Dunn also previously worked as Chief Technology Officer for Dell, as founding CTO of Dell Online, Dell’s original e-commerce website. More recently, Dunn worked with VER, a provider of production technology for TV, cinema, live events and international broadcast, experience that should serve him well with MANDT VR’s current business direction.

“Mike’s pedigree speaks for itself and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him on board,” said Neil Mandt, co-founder and CEO of MANDT VR. “From startups to multinational corporations, Mike’s experience runs the gamut, and I’m eager to put his expert guidance to good use as we continue to grow MANDT VR and expand its offerings.”

MANDT VR have recently worked closely with College Football Playoff to create 360-degree videos showcasing the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship. The company has also collaborated with the Pittsburgh Steelers to offer fans of the NFL unprecedented access to games.
