Vertigo Games – one of the developers behind Arizona Sunshine – has today announced that its next title Skyworld will launch this month, with pre-order bonuses and a beta to sign up to.
Strategy experience Skyworld is scheduled to arrive for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality headsets on 17th October 2017, retailing at $39.99 USD/ € 39.99 EUR/ £ 30.99 GBP. In preparation for launch Vertigo Games will be opening up pre-orders today on Steam and Oculus Home, knocking 25 percent off the regular price and giving players exclusive Berserker avatar masks.
For those interested in demoing the experience early the studio will be holding an early access beta of the videogame from 6th – 8th October. All HTC Vive and Oculus Rift owners need to do to register is sign up for the Skyworld newsletter at the official website before 12am PST / 9am CEST on 5th October, 2017.
Created in conjunction with Wolfdog Interactive, Skyworld is a one to two player title, that mixes turn-based strategy with real-time battles in which you play a king looking over their battle map. From here armies and buildings can be created to storm enemy strongholds, whether that’s in the single-player campaign, skirmish mode or the online cross-platform multiplayer.
