Originally release for PlayStation 4 back in March, Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash is a third-person shooting title, though the violence is confined to getting your opponents soaked, since the weapons are just water pistols. The latest content patch is introducing a new aspect, as virtual reality is coming to Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash.
The new content patch 1.03 will bring the European version Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash in line with the Japanese version for the first time, with the introduction with two new characters, Rinka and Ranka from Valkyrie Drive -Bhikkhuni-. The main feature of Patch 1.03 is the introduction of VR, which will let players see the characters of the title in a completely new way.
The VR mode of Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash will allow players to interact with over 30 characters, letting players pose them, dress them in particular outfits, or create unique dioramas of up to three characters. Character customisation is a big part of Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash, with a special Dressing Room to let users pick their favourite outfit for their character to go running around the beach in.
Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash allows players to engage in single-player story mode involving a water gun tournament called the P-1 Grand Prix, or players can choose any of the multiplayer options, such as Team Deathmatch, Queen of the Hill or Co-Op Survival. There are also collectibles to pick up, with over 810 to collect. Players can equip up to six skill cars in any combination and three pet cards to best match their play style.
