Update for PlayStation VR’s Accounting+ Adds Waterpark Level

Launched in December just in time for Christmas, Accounting+ brought Crows Crows Crows and Squach Games’ weird and wonderful humour to PlayStation VR. Today, the studio have announced the first big update for the title, adding a new Water Park level whilst giving players a new theme.

Neither of them have released much information about what to expect from the new update besides a very brief teaser trailer. While the video goes for a much brighter – and garish – colour scheme than before, where you’d expect lots of water, inflatable giraffes, sun loungers, sunshine and of course that strange cloud looking character that randomly appears, always expect the unexpected. In fact VRFocus can tell you as this time you’re in water-logged back room of a water park in the company of a strange, rambling clown.

The original Accounting launched on HTC Vive back in October 2016 for free, while Accounting+ retails for $11.99 USD/£9.49 GBP on PlayStation VR. There’s no word on whether the PC version will receive the same update as its not had any further additions since launch.

Accounting+ is twice as big as the PC version, featuring the vocal talents of Justin Roiland (co-creator of Rick and Morty), Rich Fulcher (The Mighty Boosh), Cassie Steele (Degrassi: The Next Generation) and Arin Hanson (Game Grumps) among others. For those that have yet to try Accounting+ it will have you playing with bombs, cutting weird characters open, playing the bone xylophone and other bizarre activities. And of course there’s the vocal Tree Guy, who’ll be as helpful as ever by swearing at you constantly.

For any further updates, keep reading VRFocus.
