Blend Media And 360Cities Announce Partnership For Blend Media’s 360 Stories Tool

The specialists in producing, customizing and publishing 306-degree and virtual reality (VR) content, Blend Media, has announced that it has a new deal with 360Cities, the largest collection of 360-degree panoramic imagery from photographers from around the world.

This new partnership means that 360Cities imagery will be made available via Bled Media’s 360 Stories tool which allows brands,agencies and publishers the chance to create, edit and publish 360-degree campaigns. This includes stunning views and famous landmarks from 360Cities’ community of photographers that publish 360-degree content onto the platform. These photographers will be able to benefit from the partnership as they will now be able to monetise their 360-degree imagery of locations across the globe.

This partnership will see the 360Cities imagery added to Blend Media’s collection of over 15,000 pieces which are already available to be used within 360-degree stories and content. It will become available to subscribers to the platform beginning in June 2018, and offering up more imagery then ever before.

In recent months, AirPano moved to distribute their content from Getty Images to Blend Media, in a deal that sees all content created by the company published via Blend Media. This includes high-resolution aerial footage shot from a range of helicopters and drones, alongside underwater videos all shot in stunning 8K resolution.
