Candy-coated mini-theme park Candytopia is now offering visitors a new immersive experience as they wander round thanks to a new augmented reality (AR) app developed in partnership with Augmently Inc.
Using the new Candytopia mobile app on compatible iOS and Android devices, guests at both of its locations in San Francisco and New York can take photos or videos of AR-enhanced installations that make candy and confetti appear to leap off the wall and creatures come to life.
Visitors can even take the candy experience home thanks to an AR-enabled Coaster Set that animates Candytopia’s flying pig and unicorn mascots.

Candytopia is an interactive candy wonderland with over one dozen rooms featuring larger-than-life interactive art installations and full sensory experiences for guests of all ages to enjoy.
